John Belknap Has Joined CFO Consulting Partners

The partners of the firm are pleased to announce that John Belknap has joined CFO Consulting Partners. He leads the firm’s Transaction Support Services practice in partnership with the co-founders. John’s background includes over 30 years of CEO and CFO experience including positions in two Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he was CEO of a major East Coast distributor which he sold for 17X EBITDA after spearheading a successful turnaround. Previously, John served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Richfood Holdings, Inc (a $4 billion Fortune 500 food distributor and supermarket operator). Tim Wilson Has Joined CFO Consulting Partners

We are pleased to announce that Tim Wilson has joined CFO Consulting Partners. He supports the firm’s Banking and Financial Institutions practice. He recently led the implementation of a corporate governance framework for a Fortune 100 Financial Services Company. His extensive experience in the Financial Services industry includes CFO roles in credit card issuing and transaction processing. In addition, Tim has held senior financial roles in business analysis, financial process improvement, M&A post-acquisition integration, strategic planning/financial forecasting and SOX implementation.
