With deep expertise in CFO and Controllership services, financial planning and analysis, M&A, risk management, and business transformation, these hires strengthen the firm’s ability to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

About the New Hires: 

• Gene Nestro joins as a Director of the firm’s Business Services and Manufacturing practices. With over 30 years of experience as a CFO and senior finance executive, he has led financial strategy, M&A initiatives, and post-acquisition integrations for international companies, including Luna Innovations, Wolfspeed, and TE Connectivity.

• Christine Regante joins as a Director of the Banking and Financial Institutions practice. A senior finance leader with over 35 years of experience, she’s held global finance roles at Citigroup, specializing in financial planning, business transformation, and post-M&A integration. She is also a subject matter expert in financial governance and expense management.

• Mark Zindel joins as a Director of the Banking and Financial Institutions practice, bringing 25 years of experience in financial management, risk assessment, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has advised Fortune 100 clients on financial planning, system implementations, and process improvements.

• Andy Brown has joined the firm as a Director in the Manufacturing practice. Andy brings 25 years of accounting and finance leadership experience, including senior roles at a publicly traded fiber optic company and Advance Auto Parts. His expertise encompasses Controllership, SEC reporting and technical accounting, M&A due diligence, financial transformations, Sarbanes-Oxley and ERP system implementations.
