Functioned as the Interim CFO for a B to B startup company looking to raise venture capital money. Prepared and presented business plan to investors, who invested $35 million in the company.

Acting as the Interim CFO of a private technology company that was listed as one of Inc.’s Fastest Growing Companies, we were hired to prepare the company for sale. Client received buy offers near the top of its target valuation range.

As the Interim Chief Accounting Officer, produced SEC reports (such as Q’s, K’s, and Proxies) for a company that backed into a public shell. Assisted with very complex derivative accounting issues, and participated in responses and discussions with the SEC. All SEC reports filed on a timely basis, and complex accounting issues resolved.

Engaged as an interim CFO for a food manufacturer. We steered the company through an ERP system implementation and provided it with standard CFO-type services. The client was extremely pleased with the level of service and complimented us on many occasions.

Engaged to improve the controls and financial reporting of an underperforming accounting and finance function of a closely-held public relations company. Changed and streamlined the accounting processes of its international reporting subsidiary, tightened controls and improved management information.
