Bruce Wolosin is the Director of Business Development for the firm’s Turnaround and Restructuring Advisory Services. He is a senior finance and sales leader with 30+ years’ experience in a variety of industries including audit at Coopers & Lybrand (PwC), CFO at a medical laboratory, where he engineered sale of the company, CFO at a specialty printing and publishing firm, CFO/COO at a DEA regulatory compliance consulting firm, and 16 years in fintech with ADP (Brokerage Services Division) / Broadridge Financial (spin-off from ADP).
At ADP/Broadridge he served as CFO of their fixed income unit, then asked to create and run the company’s global sales operations. He lead numerous cost savings and productivity initiatives through process automation, creation of centers of excellence, consolidation of duplicative internal corporate operations, facilities optimization, organizational alignment, and operations outsourcing (India). He co-led all sales compensation planning, streamlined numerous workflows around quota, pipeline and reporting.
Bruce has strong knowledge in the software industry including pricing and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). He is a champion of automation and during his tenure at Broadridge, oversaw installation of a content management system (Qvidian), a commission processing system (Varicent), and consolidated three disparate CRM systems into one global system (Salesforce.com). During his tenure, annual contract value of deals rose from $225m to $800m. Bruce founded and co-founded two businesses, most recently Titan Group where he served as both CFO and COO.
He has a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, and is a CPA (now inactive). He is a member of both the Garden State Creditor Association and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), serving on the leadership team in the NJ chapter.
